//I’ll stick my 2 pence worth in and say that I think this is Fin too. Hi is blonde and there’s 2 other elves in the scene without helms too, very similar looking and with dark hair who are more likely to be El and Ro.

//I don’t think this elf is blond at all. If you look at the scene closely, he has dark hair(he’s the first elf who enters after Elrond), as do the other two elves who carry banners. I think it’s one of the twins too.
